ETCHED ENAMEL EMBLEMS
Etched Enamel pins are formed using an acid etching process, and are more economical than die-struck emblems. The design is etched into a thin sheet of brass and the areas are then filled with color. Surrounding metal is polished and plated in either gold or nickel silver.

Etched enamel pieces are less embossed and lighter in weight than Die-Struck pieces, making them ideal for larger designs. Great for small areas of color detail. Lines of metal are required to trap and separate colors. See pricing
